Why I'm in a bad mood...

I don't fit in any of my clothes-
I just received my first C on a paper-
My ribs are digging into me from the front and back-
The kids dumped out every toy bucket-
Ashton whacked Tera in the eye with the end of a jump rope-
Tera found the kitchen knifes and cut a banana multiple times on our kitchen table= scratches
I am tired of being hot and tired...

I think that's it- sometimes it's just the little things that make me mad

On a happy note, I like how Ashton talkes. He just came in and said "I am so hungry it's out of control!" I better go make some dinner. Then we are off to a Halloween party. That will lift my spirits. :)

Employment in near future

Matt accepted a job with AAA today. He starts his training on November 10th and trains for four months before beginning the actual sales position. He will be working out of the Temecula, Murrietta, or Hemet office. We are excited to have this coming up in the future. Who knows if it will be something he really enjoys, but for now it is something. He is still looking into other things (CHP and a few other companies) but now can relax a bit.

The training period could be an interesting time. Sounds like he will be out of town all week and then home for weekends for the first four months. So the odds are good that I will go into labor when Matt is out of town, and then will be home alone with a newborn. Could make for some excitement. I may just be needed some extra help that first month of adjusting with a newborn and a hubby out of town. (Okay Mom?)

We are grateful that he has found and committed to something and hopefully now we can relax and stop stressing. Thanks for your prayers-we have been blessed.

I AM- organized, opinionated, stubborn, determined, a hard worker, active, a planner.

I HAVE- an amazing husband, a great extended family, an energetic boy, a sensitive girl, a baby on the way, a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.I GET FRUSTRATED WHEN- people are flaky, when a meal ort treat doesn't turn out good, car and computer problems, when I feel like I am the only one doing anything.

I THINK- there is always something to be grateful for, no matter how bad it seems. There are always blessings if you look for them. I VALUE- My family, true friends, the gospel, temple marriage, MEMORIES.I FEAR- what's happening in the economy (though I would rather discuss anything else) the government leaders being corrupt, something happening to one of my children.

I DISLIKE- living far from family, hearing my kids fight, when people exaggerate or try to one up you, maternity clothes, bad smells.

I LOVE- fruit pies, good books and movies, thanksgiving dinner, CHRISTMAS, the smell of rain, friendly competition in any form, a exercise (when I am not prego), back rubs, hot baths, jeans and pajamas, a good bargain, getting unexpected packages in the mail, Matt, my children, my friends, scrapbooking, projecting, organizing, a clean house, fall and spring days.

Stickers

Tera has an obsession with stickers. I will often find them stuck to the outside of our car, our floor and on my clothes. When I am not paying attention she will stick them all over me: my belly, back etc. It is not until Matt calls me "stickers" that I realize that the sticker monster has been up to her tricks again. This day Ashton fell asleep on the couch and became a target for Tera's sticker attack. Matt and I were laughing hard when we saw him covered. When he woke up he was very confused about why he had stickers all over him.

Heat heat go away!

It is officially fall and we have had a few days with some nice fall weather, down in the seventies. Which to a big, pregnant lady feels soo wonderful! However, that weather was tricking us and it has been in the nineties many days now. I don't know what it is but when I get back from being outside or when I am sweating in my house from simple tasks like vacuum can I get furious inside and start grumbling about how HOT I am?

Today a friend and I took our kids to Sea World. We are both in our third trimester and feeling lovely. We were so proud of ourselves when we made it through three hours of walking around the park in the heat. We had a good time and can now say we did something fun for our kids- always an accomplishment right?

But anyways, the heat really does make me angry- but I guess the cold does the same thing to me. I don't mean California cold (50's) but Rexburg cold (20's to -20's) I was very excited to leave the cold weather of Idaho and come to sunny California. I would much rather be hot than freezing. However, I have had ENOUGH! I don't want to be at the pool anymore but want to be at the park or going on walks with hot chocolate, wearing sweaters and wondering if it is going to rain. I am tired of the heat. So my complaint has been filed and everyone is aware... and I will try not to complain about the weather once it is cold. (In the 50's)
