Conquering the monkey bars

I asked Ashton the other day if he thought a little girl at the park was cute because he kept flirting with her. He said, "Yes... but you'r hotter." Wow. Someday that will really creep him out... but for now, it was quite adorable. Made my day :)

Tera the other day in the car asked how I remember how to get all the places I needed to go when I was driving. I told her because my brain remembered them. Later, on our way to Disneyland she told me all the rides she wanted to go on. She said " I know all those rides cuz I have a remembering brain." What a cutie!

We had a great visit with Matt's parents. We enjoyed some beautiful weather at the park

And Ashton made a monster out of wood with his Grandpa. The whole design was his original idea. It was the perfect way to spend with his Papa.

Girly photo shoot..

We had so much fun dressing up and walking around downtown lake elsinore taking pictures. I had been looking forward to this event for weeks and it turned out wonderfully. We had such a great time- some good laughs and got some cool shots. I am only friends with cute people... as you can tell by the pictures. They're all adorable!

First School Project

Ashton did his first school project/ presentation. He was supposed to choose a farm animal and he chose an emu. It was cute watching him learn about the emu and memorize facts to recite to his class.

"They weigh 10 lbs (he means 100) They can be 10 feet tall (he means 6) Their eggs are dark green. They run 40 miles per hour (right!) They cannot fly. They eat ants and apples- a lot of them (Don't know if this is true) We get belts, shoes, feathers and eggs from the emu... one more thing.... we also get jackets. There are some people that have jackets at my school and their not really from sheep, but their from birds and their so comfy. I want one."
Oh this boy makes me laugh!

Disturbinginly silly...

These pictures are a little disturbing.. but they were laughing so hard that I couldn't resist taking some pictures.
I was getting them ready and told Tera I wanted her and Mazzi to match. Tera started laughing and said, "You want me to wear a diaper?" Even though I said I didn't Ashton still put a diaper on her.

Later when I herad them laughing upstairs I went upstairs to find Ashton also wearing a diaper. These kids make me laugh!

San Diego Mini trip...

We had so much fun on our mini trip to San Diego with the Hackers.... just hanging out, relaxing, walking, eating... without kids! It was a blast!
